I get frustrated sometimes with people who know that they need a change in their lifestyle because they are not healthy or do not have energy or they do not get a restful nights sleep etc. but they are not willing to try something that I know will help them. They say they can't afford it but yet they often go out to eat (processed junk food of course) and they have lots of shoes, purses, makeup, nice car etc. I just don't understand why their health is not a priority. When they tell me they can't afford it, I usually tell them that if they eat breakfast, lunch or dinner daily then they can afford it and they should say instead that they choose not to spend their money that way. Then I wish them well. I know that at least I tried to help them and if they do not want my help, that's okay.
