Here's a tip for your business. When speaking with friends/family/co-workers, ask for the referral. Ex. "Do you know anyone that likes scented candles?" Your friends won't feel the pressure to buy and will more than likely know someone that may need your products/services. They may even tell you that they need/want what you are promoting.
