There is always a possibility that they already have the information, or even that they changed their minds. I really don't mind that they don't want or need the information. Really I'm not trying to pressure anyone or sell them on something. I'm trying to help them! And they asked me to help them. It's just frustrating I guess that they don't let me know they no longer need the information. As far as confirming appointments I do this if I schedule one more than a few days in advance but mostly I try to make appointments within a few days. Well, thanks for listening to my rant.
