I've now seen you advertise this on many boards...so I took the bait and clicked your link...several things happened:
1. You will only give me this book if I give you my name and phone number. Why? If you really want to help me, no strings attached, then why must I provide a name and phone number?
2. I did fill out your form. The PDF book link does not work. Whether intentional or non intentional, we tried from both a desktop and a laptop, both from IE and from Firefox. So now you have my name, my phone number and I have a dead link.
Call me a skeptic, but I smell something fishy here.
