Hi,
Not a problem. After you login to your blog account, click on Layout and on the right side bar you will see a hyperlink "Add A Page Element". Click on it and it will bring you to a page called Choose A New Page Element. You will see Blog List first on the list. Click on Add To Blog. A new box will appear and it's quite self-explanatory.
As for Blog Rush, if you go back to my blog and click on the Blog Rush widget link at the bottom where it says, "Add Your Blog Posts - FREE" it will take you to the Blog Rush site where you can register and get your own widget. They come in different colours to match your blog.
If this is confusing, just let me know and I'll try and explain it better.
