Dried Beef Cheese Ball

8 oz. cream cheese 2 sm. pkgs. dried beef, cut in small pieces
8 oz. c sour cream Sm. pkg. shredded cheese
2 tsp. Beau Monde Saesoning 1 sm. onion, chopped fine.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, Worcestershire, and Beau Monde. When all is mixed well, add onion, cheese & chopped beef.
