Veggie Pizza
Ingredients:
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
3/4 c mayonnaise
2 8 oz pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dill weed
chopped fresh vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, onions)
1 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
Flatten rolls in bottom of jelly roll pan (1 large pan or 2 smaller ones)
Bake according to can directions. Cool
Blend mayo, cream cheese, garlic and dill.
Spread on cooled crust.
Top with variety of chopped vegetables.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top
Cut into squares and enjoy!
(cream cheese mixture makes more than you actually need)
