Spicy Hot Crab Dip
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large white onion, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
5 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 cup grated colby cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 cans of crab meat, shredded
1 small can pimento, diced
1 large can tomato sauce
1 medium can tomato paste
3 tablespoons butter
Saute garlic and onions in butter. Add green pepper and jalapeno peppers. Add remaining ingredients and heat until cheeses melt. Serve hot.
Note: I also like to throw in some sliced black olives
