Mini Quiches
Mini Quiches
8 ounces small curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients with electric mixer. Grease mini-muffin tins. Fill 3/4 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Makes about 18.
