Chicken:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
4 dozen chicken drumettes
1 & 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of pepper

Meatballs:

1 & 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
1 & 1/2 tsp of salt
2 pounds of ground beef

Cranberry Dipping Sauce:

2 cups of ketchup
1 cup of whole cranberry sauce
1/3rd cup of lemon juice
2 tbsp of horse radish
2 tbsp of worcestershire sauce

For the chicken, pour the butter into a 10 x 15 inch baking pan. Coat the chicken with a mixture of flour, salt, paprika,and pepper. Dip the chicken into the butter and arrange in the pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until brown and cooked through. Drain on a paper towel.

For the meatballs:
Combine the breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion and salt ina bowl. Add the ground beef and mix well. Shape into 1" balls and place in a 10 x 15" baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown. Drain on a paper towel.

For the sauce
Combine the Ketchup, cranberry sauce, lemon juice, horse radish and worcestershire sauce in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and mix well. Pour into a serving dish. Place the sauce in the center of the serving platter. Arrange the chicken and meatballs around the sauce. Serve Hot.
