Adults like this too, and it's as healthy as it is easy. This is my mainstay dessert for family gatherings.

Ingredients: 1 package savoardi (lady fingers) biscuits, chocolate milk powder (nesquik, etc), vanilla yogurt (thick full fat is best, and it's healthier if you choose one with acidophilis - I love Jalna brand).

Make up the milk powder by mixing 4 tablespoons choc powder with 2 cups hot water. Dip biscuits one by one into the chocolate drink and layer about 4 on the bottom of a dish. Then put about 4 tablespoons yogurt on top, smoothing. Continue layering biscuits and yogurt until the dish is full. Then sprinkle a tablespoon of chocolate powder on the top (I like using a small sieve to get it evenly covered), cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.

Kids can do everything themselves if the water isn't too hot, and it's so much healthier (and cheaper) than the usual variety with mascarpone, alcohol, and coffee. If adults are having some, I usually mix the chocolate powder with a little decaf coffee or some Ecco (dandelion/chicory type drink) so it isn't too overly sweet. Children can still enjoy it.
