I love to come up with my own recipes...No clue what to name this recipe for a sandwich.
Chive and Onion cream cheese -take enough out to put on 2 slices of bread.
put the cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and warm for a few seconds so it can be soft enough to spread on bread.
Spread cream cheese on both slices of bread.
then layer one slice with ham, then swiss cheese, then baby spinach.
YUM!!!!
