MIX:
1/3 C Miracle Whip or Mayo
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Red Pepper
1/4 tsp minced garlic
DIP:
Fish Fillets (~1 lb, any fish you choose), in mixture above.
COAT with:
Ground Sesame Crackers OR Bread Crumbs,which may be mixed with grated cheese, if desired.
BAKE:
in preheated 350 degree oven, uncovered for ~ 30 minutes or until fish is tender and flakes at a fork's touch
