Vidalia Onions
Chicken Bouillon Cubes
Butter
Water
Salt and Pepper to taste
Peel and Core top center of onions, about 3/4 inches.
Put one chicken bouillon cube in center of each.
Top with a "pat" of butter.
Place onions in a microwave proof baking dish, in 1/2 inch of water.
Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until soft.
Salt and pepper to taste and serve. :cool:
