When my kids were a little younger I came up with all kinds of shortcuts because it was hard to spend too much time cooking with little one's at my feet. This was one of them that I would do instead of trying to make Lasagna. I usually don't use measurements and just kind of eyeball it, there's usually leftover sauce.
1 bag of Frozen Ravioli's - Cooked as directed
1 Jar of Spaghetti Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 lb Ground Beef-browned (optional)
In a square casserole dish layer Sauce, cooked raviolis, ground beef, and cheese and then repeat with the last layer being cheese. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is heated through.
