Fabulous Mexican Meat Cornbread
4 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 10z can cream style corn
1 pound browned ground beef
1 cup chopped white onion
1 small jalapeno pepper minced(remove seeds)
1 oz package shredded cheddar cheese
Prepare the corn muffin mixes as directed on package. Add can of cream style corn to muffin batter. Pour half of batter in greased 13x9 cake pan. Spread ground beef on top of batter and layer minced jalapeno pepper and chopped onions on top of ground beef. Spread remaining muffin batter on top. Sprinkle top of batter with shredded cheese. Bake in oven on 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until lighly brown and cheese melted.
