Chocolate Chip Mint Cake
1 Duncan Hines French Vanilla Cake mix.
1 Heaping Cup Semi Chocolate chip bits crumbled
1 Tsp. Mint extract
Green food coloring to make the color of mint ice cream
Mix cake as directed, add chocolate chips, mint extract., and food coloring.
Use Tube pan or Bunt pan.
Bake till done. About 1 hour
Cool
Frosting
Chocolate Chips, crumbled , about 1/4 cup.
Dash of salt
About 1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup oleo or butter. 1 stick
1 Tsp. mint extract
Enough powered sugar, and, very little milk, to make a nice smooth frosting
When frosted add nuts, cherries and drizzle chocolate syrup over all.
To have a Chocolate Chip Mint Ice Cream Sundae Look.
