Slavonic Steak (from Crouching Lion Inn on Oahu)
4 tenderloin steaks
salad oil, Italian seasonings, fresh coursely ground pepper
Marinate the steaks in the oil, seasonings, and pepper for at least 2 hours. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Serve thinly sliced with melted garlic butter.
