Spaghetti Pie
8 oz spaghetti
1 regular jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
Cook spathetti and drain.
Add butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Place in 7 x 11 glass dish.
Layer ground beef, cottage cheese, and spaghetti sauce.
Insert knife several times to let sauce leak through.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Add Mozzarella and bake until melted.
Let set a few minutes so it won't be runny.
