Creamy mushroom/ham pasta delight
Melt knob of butter in a saucepan, add the mushrooms and smoked ham. One the mushrooms are cooked add a small carton of double cream, wait until the cream is boiling and then add the grated cheese, simmer untill the cheese has melted. Cook the pasta. When the pasta is cooked add to the pan with the mushroom,cream,ham and cheese.
Add seasoning to taste - excellenty!!
