Master Cookie Mix
Master Cookie Mix
9 cups flour
4 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Tsp. Salt
3 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
3 cups sugar
4 cups crisco
4 – 12 oz. Pkg. choc. Chips
4 cups chopped pecans
Combine dry ingredients in a Thatsa Bowl. Cut in shortening add chocolate chips & pecans. Store in Modular Mate Rectangular 3 or Square 4.
To make cookies:
4 cups cookie mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 min. Makes approximately 2 doz.
