hot cheese dip

ingredients
1 cob of bread
1 green capsicum
1 onion
250 grms bacon pieces
i 500gm tub sour cream
250grms grated tasty cheese
fry bacon onion and capsicum till brown
in a bowl put cheese sourcream and cooked
bacon onion and sour cream mic together.
take the cob of bread and pull the middle out
place the cob on a baking tray with pulled out
pieces of bread around the edge place mixture
inside the cob and place in the oven for around
30 to 40 minutes or untill brown and melted
Serve hot . people dip the pulled out bread
into the dip to eat it and then also use the
sides buy pulling the cob apart.
