Turnip Slaw
6 Turnips
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Wash turnips, but do not peel. Cut the ends and tops from turnips and discard. Grate turnips, add salt and mayonnaise, mix well. Chill, then serve.
