Taboulee
1 parcelly (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
1/2 head lettece (finely chopped)
4 gloves of green mint leaves (finely chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
500 ml olive oil
250 ml lemon juice


Combine all dry ingridents to a large bowl.
Add lemon juice,olive oil and salt & pepper
combine mixture evenly and serve to eat with pita bread or lettece.

serves 4 persons. :)
