Shangri La Yoga Sandwich

SHANGRI LA YOGA SANDWICH

Ingredients: For each sandwich

2 slices of rye bread
2 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 teaspoon favorite jam, jelly or fruit butter
*pickle optional
1 tablespoon butter for toasting

Assemble SHANGRI LA YOGA sandwich by spreading with cream cheese. For a surprise, tuck in the pickles of your choice or a teaspoon of your favorite preserves. Grill until golden and the cream cheese is like the magical cloud city of Shangri La. While your sandwich is grilling, take long deep breaths and slowly rotate your shoulders to relax them for eating. Enjoy!
