6 cups cubed potatoes,
1 MED ONION,
1 CUP FLOUR ,
1 EGG,
1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE,
Preperation: cook potatoes in boiling water until cooked half way through,drain,mix in milk, flour, cheese,onion and egg. salt and pepper to taste.In a large skillett with 1/4 cup of vegetable oil heated,drop by spoonsful using large resturant style spoon into hot oil ,cook on each side until golden brown, enjoy.delicous.
