I found this site awhile back...they offer a list of different samples that you can sign up for. And you can earn 'Frequent Tryer Miles' various ways, which can be redeemed for prizes. You can refers others only by sending an email out through their site as well (but you can only earn miles on up to ten referrals). I forget to check the site for new samples, but I can say that all the ones I've signed up for I have received in a timely manner.
