Is anyone else getting "Contentlink" popups?

I've never seen this before on this site, but I'm suddenly getting "contentlink" pop ups with random words underlined and pulling up a clickable box. Is everyone getting this? Is it a new site feature or do I need to run my virus scan/clean up my computer. I'd like to get rid of it if possible. It's annoying and distracting...

new advertiser that is on our site.. the only way it pops up is when you put your cursor over the double underline links.

we need to have this advertiser to be able to continue to offer all the stuff we do. Just this month our "doing business" prices online went up over $2000/month so it is necessary to find new advertisers and new ways to continue to bring in money to pay for our services we utilize for the sites/ezines.

I didn't even notice it until you mentioned it, I guess I didn't move my cursor over there, but it did work when I tried it.
