Mandarin Orange Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 - 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
1 9 ounce Cool Whip
3/4 cup oil
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
1 small box instant vanilla pudding

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges together. Bake in 350 degree oven in 3 layers or angel food cake pan.

Filling and frosting: Mix crushed pineapple and instant vanilla pudding. Let thicken. Stir in Cool Whip. Put between layers and all over cake.
