Hi Moms,
I'm new here and would love input from creative women. I am about to start taping my 2nd Going Going Gone! time-lapsed exercise video and need ideas for the picture on the front of the video sleeve. The 1st video has a picture of Mini Me holding up Maxi Me (please see video jacket at www.goinggoinggone1and2.com) This new video is also going to be time-lapsed but this time it will be an aerobic step interval workout incorporating weights. So I would like the photo to also show me at 2 or more different sizes maybe incorporating the step and weights into the picture.
These videos are made specifically for overweight/obese, out of shape, aerobically challenged people who want a DO-ABLE workout to help them burn fat. When I started taping GGG 1, I weighed 214 lbs. on a 5' frame. During the course of the workout you get to see me shrink and transform by 60 lbs. and 74 inches. My story and a video clip is on my website to help give you a better idea of what I'm looking for for the new video sleeve. I need to take the 1st picture VERY soon so would appreciate any help and creative ideas. Thanks in advance. I look forward to hearing your ideas and reading all the posts on here.
