Some marketing, link exchanges and paid advertising has been done for this site. I recently paid to have it listed in one of the major paid directories.
The website traffic averages between 1500 to 3000 unique visitors per month and is growing. We recently had as many as 5500 unique visitors in August. Your traffic will depend on how well you market the website.
This website is made with a browser based, easy website creator service. You do not need to know HTML to own and manage this site. Presently, I pay $29.95 monthly for the service, however, you could choose to use a free message board and cancel the search option which would drop the price to $19.95 monthly. There is no long-term commitment and you can cancel at anytime. I would be more than happy to provide support and training for 30 days.
If you want to move the website, you certainly can, however, you cannot copy any of the script/template or buttons. You will have to rebuild the website using frontpage or some similar software as the service is copywrite protected. They are very strict about this, so be sure before you bid that you are aware of this and okay with it.
The header (without the buttons) was made specially for this site and will move with the new owner, should they choose to do so.
I cannot guarantee income or revenue. That will depend entirely on how well one markets and manages the website. Keeping the site content fresh and on-going promotion will be your keys to success. You can earn by offering paid ads, pay per click programs and other creative methods. Again, your success will depend on your commitment to marketing and managing your website.
