Yummy in the Tummy Baked Eggs
16 eggs, beaten
1 cup half and half
2 cups ham, diced
1 T. chives, chopped
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 T. butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into a buttered 13" x 9" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until mixture is set and top is golden. When done, knife inserted in center should come out clean.
