Microsteamer Quiche

12 brown 'n server sausage links
1 cup shredded swiss cheese (or cheddar or any combo of your favs)
1/3 cup finely chopped onion (subdstitue or add green onions, bell peppers, or even mushrooms)
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup pancake mix
6 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon pepper (to taste)

Cook the sausage in the colander of the Family Microsteamer for 5 to 8 minutes depending on microwave wattage.

Clean dish of microsteamer and spray with PAM, then place the crumble sausage4 on the bottom along with onions and sliced cheeses.

Then , in the Mix 'N Stor Plus Pitcher combine the rest of the ingredients and mix for about 1 minute. Then pour the liquid mixture over the other ingredients.

Place the lid on and cook for approximately 16 minutes on HIGH. Let stand for 5 minutes with lid on.
