Biscuit Breakfast Sandwhiches
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup grape seed oil
3/4 milk
6 eggs
1 tbsp better or margarine
6 slices American Cheese
6 slices fully cooked Ham
In a bowl combine dry ingredients; stir in oil and milk just till moistened. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead 5-6 times. Roll into 1/2-inch thickness, cut with a 2-3/4-inch Biscut Cutter. Place on a ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown; cool slightly. In a skillet over medium heat, fry eggs in butter until completely set. Split the biscuits; place cheese, hot eggs and ham on bottoms. Replace tops. Serve immediately. Yeild: 6 Servings.
