Smile Banana Oat Breakfast Bread

5 tbsp of butter or margarine, melted
1 package of Coconut Pecan Frosting mix
1 cup of old fashioned oats
1 cup of sour cream
4 eggs
2 large bananas, chopped
1 (2 layer) package of yellow cake mix

Combine the butter, frosting mix, and oats in a bowl and mix well. Beat the sour cream, eggs and bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add the cake mix and beat for 2 minutes. Layer the bread batter and oat mixture 1/3rd at a time in a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until the bread tests done. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to completely cool.

Default Re: Banana Oat Breakfast Bread

You know what, I was craving this yesterday! I know a small bakery that makes them really good, but I think I'll give it a try since this recipe doesn't sound that complicated. Thanks!
