The best cheese cake
1 1/2 lb.cream cheese=3-8 oz pkg.
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
add 4 eggs one at a time
Butter pan add 1 cup gram cracker crumbs. Mix with cimminon and melted butter, around 2Tbs. butter, press into bottom of lpan, pour batter into pan, bake 350 for 35 to 40 minutes, turn off heat, open oven door and leave in for 25 minutes longer. Mix together 1/2 pint sour cream 2Tbs sugar 1 tsp vanilla rove cake from oven and pour sour cream mixture over cake, put back into oven at 425 for 5 more minutes take out of oven and cool.Cover with cherry, or pineapple or blueberry pie filling......I think this is the best cheese cake you can make your self and very easy. Just as good as any new york cheese cake you can buy any where.
