Default Pudding Poke Cake - MMM Good

Pudding Poke Cake - MMM Good

PUDDING POKE CAKE
1 pkg.. cake mix or pkg. with pudding in the mix, any flavor
4 cups cold milk
2 pkgs. (4 serving) Pudding INSTANT

Prepare and bake cake as directed for a 9 x 13".
Remove from oven. Immediately poke holes down through
cake to pan at 1 inch intervals with round handle of
wooden spoon. (or use a plastic drinking straw.)
Using turning motion to make large holes.

Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes.
Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Quickly pour 1/2
of the thin pudding mix evenly over warm cake and
into holes. Let remaining pudding stand to thicken
slightly. Spoon over top of cake, swirling to frost.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Flavor ideas:
Yellow cake with butterscotch, pistachio, coconut or banana cream.
Lemon cake with lemon pudding.
White cake with butterscotch, chocolate or vanilla.
Also chocolate cake with banana cream.
See what you can come up with, there are so many flavors
out there now. You could do just about anything.
Enjoy.
