MICROWAVE PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE
Pineapple Upside Down Cake
1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/3 cup water (or use juice & enough water for 1 1/3)
1/4 cup oil
1 20 oz can pineapple slices, drained
6 or 7 cherries
1/3 c butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugua
Prepare cake mix with eggs, water & oil in Mix'N Stor.
Place pineapple slices & cherries around the bottom of
3 Qt TupperWave with cone in center.
Place butter and sugar in TupperWave cover and cook on high for 45
seconds.Stir, then cook for another 45 seconds on high. Stir again,
then pour evenly over the pineapple & cherries.Pour prepared cake
batter into casserole gently & evenly spreading with the Double Sided
Spatula. Cook on HIGH on turntable in microwave for 12 minutes. If
you don't have the turntable, bu sure to give the cake a 1/4 turn
every 3 or 4 minutes. After cooking time, set the cake aside for
10 to 15 minutes to cool. When cooled, invert on serving tray.
Slice & serve with cool whip or ice cream if desired.
