Devil's Food Cake w/Cream Cheese Icing

Beat together:
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup margarine
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
Add:
1 1/8 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. cocoa

Add:
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake in an 8"-9" greased pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.

Cream Cheese Icing
1/3 cup margarine
3 oz. cream cheese
3 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. milk

Mix all ingredients and beat well. Frost cooled cake.
