Peanut Rolls

Peanut Rolls
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb chocolate wafers ( to dip in )
crushed peanuts or peanut meal
roll into balls with floured hands refrigerate 24 hours. melt chocolate dip the balls in chocolate & roll in peanuts. cool on wax paper
refrigerate
