Amazing Microwave Fudge
1 box or 4 1/2 Cups powdered sugar
1/2 Cup unsweetened powered cocoa
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup minus 1 tsp Milk
1 TBSP Vanilla flavoring
1 stick or 1/2 Cup margarine
In a microwave save container, dump all ingredients, making sure to cut margarine into sections, and lay around on top. Microwave on HIGH, uncovered, for 2 minutes. Remove, and whisk until smooth. Transfer to paper cups, paper lined cookie sheet, or leave in container if you like. Cool appx. 1 hour in fridge. Slice and Enjoy!!
