ARDriggers is on a distinguished road
Default Tater Tot Casserole

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 can cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup
1 bag of frozen tater tots
1/2 cup milk

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Mix the soup and milk and stir into beef/onion mixture. Put on the bottom of a 13x9 casserole dish. Cover completely with tater tots and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Sometimes we top with ketchup, sometimes we sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
