Sharon's Cheesy Beef Casserole
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup ripe olives, sliced (optional)
1/4 to 1/3 cup catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
Brown ground beef and onion in a medium skillet. Mean while, blend cream cheese
and milk together. Stir in soup, lives, catsup, and salt. Combine
with meat and onion in a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for
30 minutes. Arrange biscuits on top and bake 11 to 15 minutes longer
(until biscuits are browned. Serves six.
