Pam's Lip Smacken Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients: Whole Chicken, 1 stick of butter, 1 large yellow onion, chili pepper, 3 small cans of Cream Mushroom Soup, 3 cans of Tomato Soup, 2 cups shredded cheese, large package of thin spaghetti.
Directions: Boil and debone chicken. Save the broth. In large skillet or stew pot saute' onion in butter until tender. Add soups and chili pepper(to taste), then mix well. Add chicken to sauce w/ 1 cup of shredded cheese and simmer on low. While sauce is simmering on low, add water to chicken broth and boil noodles till tender, then drain noodles. Add noodles to sauce and mix well. Pour into a large dish topped with rest of cheese and cook at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
Serve with green salad and garlic bread.
