Pierogi Casserole
PIEROGI CASSEROLE
12 oz. bow noodles, cooked & drained.
6 to 8 potatoes, cooked & mashed to a soft consistency.
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
4 large onions, chopped
1 C (2 sticks) margarine
Butter a 9 x 13" glass baking pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
1st Layer - Cooked noodles. Save 1/2 cup for top.
2nd Layer - Combine cheese & potatoes. Make it a little runny.
3rd layer - Brown onions in margarine & pour on top of potatoe layer.
Top with reserved noodles.
Cover & bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
