Lisa's Ham-Potato Bake
4 cups liced cooked potatoes
1 1/2 cups cooked ham
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup sharp cheese (any)
1/4 cup milk
1 TBS. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup soft breadcrumbs (1 slice)
1 TBS butter, melted
Stir together cubed ham, mushroom soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, instant minced onion, and pepper. Layer half the potatoes in a 2-qt. casserole. Top with half the ham mixture. Repeat layers.
Combine soft bread crumbs, 1/2 cups cheese, and melted butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
