IMPOSSIBLE HAM PIE
2 c. fully cooked ham chunks
1/2 t. salt
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate(10x1-1/2"). Sprinkle ham, mushrooms, onions, salt & cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients on high speed until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. (30-35 min.).
