Great Hot Turkey Salad!
This dish is great served at parties!
Mix:
2 cups dark and white turkey, finely chopped
1 stick celery, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 package slivered almonds fried in 1 tsp. oil (1/3 cup)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Hellmann's real mayonaise
Pour into small casserole. Top with:
1 tbsp. parmesean cheese
1/3 cup crushed potato chips
Bake 350 for 15 minutes covered.
Uncover bake 15 more minutes
