Taco Casserole
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can water
1 bag Doritoes
1 lb Velveeta, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet, drain. Add soups, sauce, and water to the beef. Stir until mixture is creamy and bring just to a boil. Meanwhile, in a 9x13 pan put a layer of half of the chips and then a third of the cheese and cover with half the meat mixture, repeat the layers and top with the remaining cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
