Tuna - Chip Casserole
1 - 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 C. milk
2 T. finely minced onion
3 C. crushed potato chips
1 - 6 oz. can tuna(drained)
salt & pepper to taste
Blend soup & milk together. Add onion and slowly bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Season with salt & pepper. Put half of the crushed potato chips on bottom of casserole, top with half of the tuna, repeat layers. Pour mushroom soup mixture all over and top with crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until browned.
